Produk Salai

Produk Salai is well known as a center for the production of traditional smoked products from Negeri Sembilan.

Its main products include smoked beef, duck, chicken, and catfish, which are commonly used in dishes such as masak lemak cili padi. These smoked products are produced by local entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from villages around the Kuala Pilah district. They enjoy high demand among both locals and tourists, who value them as traditional delicacies and popular souvenirs.
