Estate Ikan Sungai Jernih is a modern and sustainable freshwater fish farming estate located in the lush green area along the banks of Sungai Jernih. Covering more than [number of hectares/acres], the estate plays a vital role in supplying fresh protein sources to the local and regional markets.

Types of Fish

The estate focuses on farming several high-quality freshwater fish species, including red tilapia, catfish, patin, and jelawat.

All species are farmed in earthen ponds, cement ponds, and floating cages designed according to modern standards to ensure optimal growth and fish health.

Activities offered include fishing, kayaking, boating, duck cycling, horseback riding, and camping facilities complete with BBQ pits. Fish caught can be brought home for a reasonable fee. During harvest seasons, a traditional “mengoca” event is also held, where participants can bring home the fish they catch that day.
